We bought an older house and had no idea when the ducts were cleaned last but knew they were dirty! Right from the start with my conversation with Darlene, I knew I was going to like this company ☺. Phil and Ben came out and set everything up and went through every detail of what they were going to be doing and showed me the vents before and after. What an amazing difference!now I won't be afraid to turn on the air conditioner and furnace when needed. Both Phil and Ben were very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable about their profession. We had Paul and Ben come clean our ducts! We hadn't cleaned them since we moved in and they checked the last time they were cleaned and it was nearly 20 years ago!! Instead of acting disgusted, they were just excited to get us fresher, cleaner air. They were so positive, and friendly. We have a small dog that initially barked at them, but they worked through it - took the time to pet him and be friendly...... made our annoying dog a non issue (which by the way - he whined for them once they left) Paul and Ben gave me some great advice on air filters and which ones were best- they made some really good suggestions without making me feel inadequate or stupid. They were amazing to work with and were so professional and efficient. As you can see from the photos it was a crazy amazing turnout and we couldn't be happier. Truely an amazing company and a great result. Will definitely be using them again, and will continue to tell friends/families/ neighbors about this company. Thanks again Paul and Ben it was amazing doing business! See you in a year and a half!
