Bill was a pleasure to deal with. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. Great at explaining what he was doing and why.

Bill Luke came out to replace my fireplace fan as I thought it wasn't working and to do the annual maintenance on my fireplace. Bill checked my fireplace before installing a new fan and the fan was actually working so he just did the annual maintenance. Bill does meticulous work. I have had the fireplace serviced many times by other companies and he did the best job out of all of them. Bill did a very thorough cleaning, he resprayed the fireplace as the paint had come off, he also added embers which changed the total look of the fireplace, it made it look so much better. It's the first time I felt like my fireplace was properly cleaned and it looks like its brand new because it's been painted. Not only does Bill do an excellent job but he is also very knowledgeable and personable, he never made me feel rushed when I had questions. This is the only company I will be using in the future to service and maintain my fireplace.

Bill Luke does a great job! He is very thorough in his work. He also is vey careful to keep things tidy. He is very knowledgeable and is very open to entertaining questions and sharing his expertise. This is not the first time that we have retained him and it won't be our last.

I had originally had Heatsafe come to look at our fireplace that wasn't working. He figured out what was wrong and cleaned it. Then recommended we install a fan on our other fireplace, which he did. All was done efficiently and timely.

Bill Luke has made my house safe! In the four years I have lived here and with a previous cleaning by another company (that resulted in the fireplace being put back incorrectly) I now have a safe and clean burning unit. The gas fireplace was covered in soot and had covered the opposite wall with a sooty film. Bill worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Heatsafe.

Had a gas fireplace that wouldn't ignight. Bill called to confirm he could arrive earlier than scheduled as he was running ahead of schedule, and he immediately identified the issue. He attempted to fix the unit to save me money, but unfortunately a full replacement of the mechanical parts was required. He not only cleaned and installed the parts but he touched up the inside of the fireplace box and cleaned everything so it looks like new. And works like a charm. He kept the job site clean to protect my floor and carpet and when he left there wasn't a thing out of place. Excellent service and will use Bill again and would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.
