This was my first renovation project, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Tal and his team were so great at walking me through every step of the process, and providing me excellent advice and ideas.

Everything was completed on time, on budget, and with great care and quality. I felt like I was in excellent hands, and with trustworthy people. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use Living Construction. They were a pleasure to work with, transparent throughout the process, and made the renovation as stress free as possible.

Tomer was recommended by our friends. During our conversation, when he arrived to give an estimate, was clear that Tomer is expert in his field. After work had started, we decided to make changes in design of the deck, Tomer was very attentive, and suggested some ideas, and it was done with small adjustment to the price. Total price of the deck was very reasonable (after job done i think it supposed to cost more). The team did an amazing job building a deck, with attention to small details to our great satisfaction. Living Construction is a contractor you definitely want to use!!! They completed my house on time and it looks amazing!! We got them to finish the entire basement, paint the house from top to bottom, did a full master bathroom reno, change the carpet to all hardwood throughout the house, change light fixtures, reface the stairs, added potlights, etc. Basically, it was a 5-week renovation project that we are completely happy with from start to finish. Living Construction has given us a different view on buying a resale home. We thought it would be difficult and stressful to change things and make the house our own, but Tomer eased up our minds and gave us positive input and made the renovation process a lot easier than expected. The whole team was polite and helpful. Also, Tomer was very easy to work with. Well done Tomer and Living Construction Team!!! Makes me want to sell my renovated home and start this whole process again!! ☺

Living Construction came into our home and transformed it from an older tired home to a modern open and airy home. People cannot believe that it's the same place. The kitchen is stunning, my floors are amazing... We replaced windows and doors and popcorn ceilings, lighting, vanities... It's like we're in a stunning new home. We hired Tomer and Living Construction on the recommendation of friends and we were extremely happy with our decision. We purchased our first home in Toronto last year, and at 97 years old the house needed a lot of work, all of which Tomer and his team took care of it. In the end we got new insulation, windows and siding and eavestroughs. New internal staircases and removal of knob and tube. New flooring in the basement (tile and laminate), a sump pump and some damp proofing work there as well along with removal of old pipes and new drywall and lights. New cabinets, counter tops and flooring in the kitchen and then they painted the whole place. Tomer dealt with all the additional contractors (plumbers, electricians etc) and the project management support he provided was immensely valuable. As happens in renovations of old houses we came across a few surprises and challenges along the way (NOTHING in our house is square or level) but Tomer communicated well and helped us figure out the best solutions within our budget. We're delighted with how everything turned out and definitely will be using Living Construction again in the future when we tackle other renovation projects...like the bathroom.

We hired Tal and the Living Construction team for a main floor renovation this summer. From day one through to completion they showed up on time and ready to work. The job site was well kept and the quality of workmanship was high. He and his team were pleasant, professional and hard-working and we felt comfortable with them in our home. Tomer and his extremely skilled tradesmen are professional, polite, reliable and meticulous. These men are perfectionists. We had our porch rebuilt with Ipe which is extremely hard word that is difficult to work with. The finished product is simply stunning. Tomer stuck to his quote and agreed to make minor changes at our request and did not nickel and dime us. He arranged for other skilled trades as we needed them including HVAC and an electrician. I recommend Tomer and his company without a second of hesitation. He knows his stuff without a doubt and he has all the connections you would want your contractor to have. We have hired Living Construction to install hardwood in our home.
