We put up with an annoying carpet hump at the bottom of our basement stairs for a couple years. How did it get there? Why us? Finally deciding to deal with our plight, we decided to deal with the issue and looked up carpet stretching and emailed a couple places. He explained the issues, and spent a few hours working magic, to restore the carpet. He has added years to the life of the carpet in the basement, increasing our enjoyment and saving us money. We couldn't have asked for a better final product. This was a big, difficult job that was handled with expertice. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Top notch work and the carpet now looks as good as new.

We have had both Tim and Ryan do work in our home and in both cases the quality of their work was exceptional.

Two years ago Tim stretched out a hump in the broadloom carpet that had developed in the opening between our dining room and large living room. It still lays as flat as the day it was originally installed 12 years ago.

Today Ryan tightened up some wrinkles that appeared in our upper floor hallway a few months after having the carpet steam cleaned. It was a tricky project as 6 doors and a stair landing intersect the 20 ft long hallway. We spent about 20 minutes discussing the pros and cons of various approaches and settled on one requiring re-seaming one doorway. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
