Furnace Won’t Turn On

Sam and his partner showed up on same day on a Saturday.

Diagnosis was efficient and effective. Realized ductmount smoke sensor locked out furnace. Required a quick reset.

Totally satisfied. Check out fan issue with another furnace next door while at it. $150 and we were done in under an hour including made them espresso.

Solved the problem no one else could!

Installing our new Nest thermostat had turned into a major headache - two technicians (from another firm) and the Nest support crew couldn’t figure it out. But Sam came and sorted it! Brilliant, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with!

Air Conditioner Repair

Bought our house last summer and moved in during late fall. Turns out A/C was broken. Called ClimaxAir and Sam immediately picked up. After some diagnosis on the phone he told me he'd be there in 20 minutes!! This was at 8:45p in the evening! How's that for service eh?? Came over and was able to pin point the problem to a burnt out capacitor and had the spare part on hand. Whole service was finished promptly in less than an hour. Highly recommend Sam from ClimaxAir.

Furnace Repair

Furnace wasn't working properly - constantly shutting off and no hot air when it did blow. Called Sam on Monday and was available following day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the piping - no parts required. Charged a regular service call. Sam was nice and courteous so highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks Sam.
