Our furnace was not working properly, even tho everything was fine with it. Sam from Climax figured out it was a defective part that was stopping the furnace from working properly, he was able to figure out the error code and promptly ordered us the right part which was only available in the States. As soon as the part came in, he quickly came to install it. Sam was very professional, extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with. The furnace is a rental and it was at no cost to us, we are very happy with the service we received from Climax (Sam).

We are very statisfied with the service. Our heating system was fixed in less than an hour. The technician explains the problem and the possible options very clearly. Very flexible schedule, available in the evening. They managed to get replacement parts for our old heating system in one day. Very professional, very reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.

Hot water heater wasn't working properly- we had several different repair guys come in and none of them could figure out what the problem was. When Sam came in he knew what the problem was right away and fixed it within a half hour. Couldn't have been better.

My hot water tank was cooling down and not hot enough during usage.... the technician came and adjusted the temperature as well as taught us how to use and read the hot water tank .. thank you so very much
