I had substantial water leaking between my eaves trough and soffit/fascia boards - and panicked - as well as a pesky drip in one of my downspouts. I put a call in to Miro at Infinity and he replied to my voicemail almost immediately and was able to accommodate my repair request the same day. He arrived promptly, working meticulously to fix the problem and explaining in detail how/why. The water leak and pesky drip is gone as evidenced by the torrential rain we had yesterday! I am 100 percent satisfied. I have to say as a woman running her household alone it is reassuring to know companies such as Infinity are out there and providing honest, reassuring services. Great price, great service! Miro came out gave us a price set a date and told us how long the job would take and everything was bang on. Started at 8 am sharp each day and left the grounds clean when they were done.

I've learned the benefits of hiring an owner/operator; a smaller operation that takes pride in their work and the boss is onsite to do the work, or at least oversee it. Infinity Gutter is one such company. They offered the best priced estimate and the most honesty (no bells and whistles needed). They arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up nicely. I'm happy to report that with heavy rainfall recently, water was directed away from my house to the appropriate downspout. I would definitely recommend this company.

Miro came and replaced a lower level eaves system and he was wonderful. Very superior service, and fast. Good pricing. I will use him next year to do the upper level of the home. He will be recommended to my friends. It was not too small a job for him!

They came to replace our old eaves trough system. Beyond the amazingly affordable pricing they were very kind and professional and cleaned up when they were done. Our new gutters now look and work great with no leaks!!!!!

We had a new downpipe put in by another company last year. In January it filled with ice, the outlet cracked and the downpipe came away from the house. This resulted in an ice damn on the side of the house. I called the company that installed it every week for 3 months to come and fix. Nobody got back to me. They would keep saying they would come out, but no one ever called back or came to the house to inspect. Yesterday I got fed up and checked homestars.com for a top rated company. I noticed the great ratings Infinity Gutter had and called them. Miro answered the phone right away. He was friendly and polite. He asked me to text him my details and would get back to me later the same day on when he could come out to the house. Miro came to the house the next day and installed the downpipe correctly. He took pictures of the work to show me that the job was done right.

Miro and his partner were very responsive to my initial query (others took days or even weeks to respond), and meticulous with their work. They did the entire house in a day, and repaired soffits at no extra cost. They also helped me with a customized colour, and when I changed my mind and wanted the downspouts in a different colour from the eaves they made it happen. One of the best estimates as well.
