Edit sept/18: see zac’s response about how I just have to call and make an appt - my calls have been blocked and no response to emails. I have chased this company for over a year to honour their warranty!!!!!!

Haha! In response to your comments, you have blocked my number when I contacted you. And the contract clearly states a 3 payment schedule. With your 40 years of experience, I'm sure you should be able to handle financing projects. And don't forget there were pending items right after the job that are still not done. The only delays were caused by not paying your trades ppl what they were owed. And moreover, right now your order of business should be honouring your warranty and fixing the problems. I hope all these happy ppl posting here do not run into warranty problems as they will face this same headache.

I had my main floor gutted and redone. The owner pressured me daily about money when 2/3 of the amount had been paid in the first week with several weeks of work left and the job half done. He further threatened to pull ppl off the job. Anyway things finally got done - in many places poorly and they were supposed to return to fix those but never did. Now the kitchen tiles are coming loose and there is no response from the company to fix it. I have a 5 yr warranty, but it's been less than a year.

They came at 7:30am and was gone by 4:30pm. The work was done clean and respectful. The owner visited to check on workers a few times and to make sure work was being done to quality standards. Great job guys.

You guys did a fantastic job on our kitchen. I know it was not an easy layout. Our friends cannot believe the change and how much bigger and brighter the kitchen looks.

These guys do it all!

We hired York Mills to sand and re-stain our ground floor (original hardwood), and to add stone to our porch and steps. Zac was friendly and professional.

We were so happy with the work that we turned around and hired them to reface our existing deck (all the boards right down to the beams were completely rotten).

We also had old, rotting wood soffits that they were able to replace with aluminum.

These guys are now my go to contractors for anything!
