Fantastic and knowledgable roofers. Gave an estimate and stuck to the number. Very helpful in getting us to understand what was happening. Will definitely use these guys again. Eagleye was recommended to me by several people in my neighborhood. Elton was quick to respond to my request for a quote, and was extremely professional and thorough in detailing what needed to be done. This included taking pictures to verify the roof condition. His quote was competitive, and we moved forward. Once mother nature cooperated, he removed the old shingles (both layers), fixed any rotten boards, added extra vents, and then put down the new membrane and shingles. The job looks great. Several days later he came by to show me the pictures taken during the process and exactly what they did. From the initial communication to the post job info, Elton provided the information needed in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. I would highly recommend Eagleye for your roofing needs. After having water coming in through the roof, I called Eagleye and spoke to Elton. He dropped by after work that day and after inspecting the roof and having a look in the attic, he gave me his assessment of what needed to be done. A re-shingling to start with which was what I had expected. But also, the attic was showing signs of 60 years of bad ventilation. It was suggested that I go with a Ridge Vent system to make the ventilation more efficient. Sounded great, only thing was the existing soffits had zero ventilation. In order to make the system effective, the soffits needed to be vented. In order to do this properly,the old soffits had to be removed, the eaves drilled out for ventilation all around the house, and new soffits and fascia installed. Finally, this also meant goodbye to the existing eavestrough since it all had to come down in order to complete the the other steps. That was OK with me since the existing ones were in rough shape anyway. After going over this,
Elton quoted a price which I agreed to and said he'd come back later in the week with a contract and some colour samples.
He came by the next evening and we went through the details.
Everything I needed to know was covered so we were aiming for the next weekend to get started. As it turns out, the work started on the next Thursday. The roof was finished by sundown and all the garbage was taken away that night and things pretty well cleaned up. Friday, the aluminum crew arrived and by sundown had completed everything described earlier except for the installation of the eavestrough. The guys said since the weather was questionable for Saturday, they would return Sunday to finish the job. Sunday arrived and so did the guys to finish off the job. They were gone by 2:30 or so in the afternoon. Elton dropped by Sunday evening to check things out and take a partial payment..(I forgot to mention that Eagleye wouldn't need a initial deposit. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the job on completion before paying them). As it turned out, they were unable to install the leafguards because of an issue and would return Monday evening to finish them off as well as a small section of flat roof on the top of my garage. They dropped by Monday afternoon and finished off the job. Everything was done except for some telephone wire that came down initially and an old sensor light that seemed to sustain a little damage when it came down during installations. Elton made a note of this and said he would be returning later to take care of these issues. I paid my outstanding balance and thanked the guys for a fantastic looking job. True to form, later in the week Elton and an assistant arrived with a brand new light. It was installed, the telephone wire fixed and they were on their way. That was the end.

In Conclusion, I'm very pleased with the job. It looks great and now I have a properly vented attic which helps overall heating and cooling efficiency. They have done many houses in my area so I could see the way the finished product looked, and they all look great. Elton and his crew are timely and very courteous. They also did a very good clean-up. I went around the house afterwards with a small bag and picked up some small bits and pieces which took less than half an hour.
I'm sure I've missed some of the story, but I will say that I would recommend Eagleye to anyone.

Elton came over the very next day after calling for a quote and took the time to speak to me at length about materials, duration of work, cost etc. prior to booking the job. He had samples and pictures of different shingles and vents to make you feel comfortable. Before Eagleye; I had zero to little knowledge when it came to roofs. After dealing with these guys thats changed. Everything they did was explained in detail. Elton was extremely thorough with roof inspection; what could or should be done. Honestly couldnt say one bad thing about these guys. Clearly a family business; Elton and his crew did everything possible to make us happy with the work even providing us with updates as the day progressed. HIGHLY Recommended. Most of the Roofers I called and got quotes from had a "take it or leave it approach". Definitely not the case here. Hopefully their around in 30yrs if I need a new roof! Thanks Again!

My story in short:
We had a roof leak. The guys from Eagleye came to the house the same day and provided me with a good quote for good materials. The price was a little higher than others, but so was the quality they provided and the service was far superior. Even when we ran into problems they took the time to explain everything, making me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing. In the end, the roof looks great, I know if will last, and the house will breath as it should and will keep my family safe.
To be honest, I just listened as they told me what they were going to do and why. I never mentioned that I'm a forensic engineer and have experience with home design and air flow mechanics. Everything they explained was clear, they never tried to over exaggerate anything, and all the information was correct.
I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone. Their pricing is good, their materials provide a good product and you can trust them to do a good job.
Both me and my father-in-law are very happy with our new roofs.

My story in detail:
My wife called me to tell me that our roof was leaking and that water was dripping from the kitchen light. Looking in the attic I found that the leak was not localized, but was coming in through every nail hole in the area. We called Eagleye for a quotation based on the recommendation from my father-in-law.
The owners themselves came to look at the roof and provided us with a quote, even in the poor weather. Before leaving they explained the work that needed to be done, the materials they preferred and their pricing structure. Since I was not afraid of being on the roof, they even took me up to show me the key points.
After receiving a number of quotes, we found their price to be marginally higher than other, but, we liked the forwardness of their approach, their openness and the superior product they were offering.
Once we had agreed on the contract, we found that it was supposed to rain for the next two days. Since they could not do the roof before then, Eagleye agreed to tarp the side of the roof where we had experienced the leaking. The following day, when we had horrible gusting winds, they even came to check and make sure that the tarp had remained in place.
When they got to work, they removed the shingles to find that the plywood on the roof had deteriorated. Again, taking me up to show me, they demonstrated how they could remove a whole sheet by hand with no effort (it was completely dried out and the nails couldn't hold). Investigating further, they found that our soffits had never been opened, and that the insulation had been packed tight to the roof.
They were upfront about what they found and took the time to explain everything to me so that we could decide on a course of action. Once we had decided to open the holes, replace the plywood and install some baffles, they even went the extra mile and installed some fresh insulation to provided more effective heating and cooling within the attic.
All told, they took only two days to complete the work. They were clean and efficient though out the job and left the site as if they had not been there. They even recommended and arranged to have another contractor help correct some leaks within the eavestroughs.

Eagleye came June 17 to install a new roof for our 2-storey home. Elton and Valentin were knowledgeable about their business.
