I called Joel to see about moving a light switch over. We set up an appointment and he showed up on time and was extremely quick, but thorough. He caused no drywall damage that I'll need to fix and the price was lower than I thought it would be.

I'm definitely going to use him again.

Purchased an older home with no bathroom fan, just a window in bathroom. Even the window did not prevent fogging and we realized that it could not be open in winter anyway. Did my normal Kijiji search and got 3 contractor quotes for installing the fan. Joel came in with the best quote and most friendly, knowledgable and accommodating attitude. I am so pleased I choose Joel. The work was done in the time-frame and within the cost stated. He was considerate of our space and cleaned up after the work was complete. Joel had to install the fan, electrical and exhaust from scratch as there was no previous fan. The fan is very quiet (Joel supplied) and does the job. I am so impressed with his work that he will be selected to install my kitchen range exhaust. The one we inherited with the house is just a recycling fan and vents right back into the house, not outside. If the snow hadn't come so soon we would have had him do it already. Also, Joel had cracked the light switch cover when he was installing it and since returned to install a new nylon cover that won't crack, so impressed with followup. Highly recommend Joel.

Joel was referred to us threw a couple who were very satisfied with his work. Joel is an extremely meticulous person who takes his job very seriously. Something that has never happened to us before and that we were very impressed with is that Joel followed up with us one week after the installation to make sure that everything was working fine. He is an expert at what he does and we cannot stress enough how very happy we are with the work that he did. We have already told our friends and family about him as this kind of worker is very hard to come by.
