After a huge wind storm we noticed shingles in the backyard. Dominik with Fair and Square Roofing was quick to respond and fair in his quote to repair the missing shingles. He has good communication and keeps me up to date what is happening and how the job is progressing. We have used Fair and Square roofing to re shingle 3 of our rental properties and we have always been pleased with the result. Their workers are always polite, skilled, hardworking and leave the site clean.

We called several high-rated roofing businesses in google during a weekend when we noticed that the cracks on our ceiling has gotten worse and seemed to be leaking from the skylight. While the other high-rated failed to answer our calls/e-mails and some calling us several days later after the fact, Dominik, from Fair and Square Roofing answered on our first phone call and immediately scheduled an inspection a couple days later when the weather permitted.

He came on time for the inspection and thoroughly told me our options and that he'd get back to me ASAP as soon as he finished the estimates for all the costs. He kept me updated throughout, from the moment he tried to contact reps, from the ordering of a new skylight, and scheduling a good day to do the actual repair and installation of the new skylight among other things to rectify the problem. The price was reasonable and the entire process was painless. He even provided feedback as to what caused the prior problems and provided before and after pictures. Overall very satisfied with their work and business. Highly would recommend them to anyone needing prompt and professional roofing needs.
