I had a good idea of what I wanted but the sales representative helped with fine tuning of my decisions. The turn around time from the day of my order to installation was under 4 weeks, and quicker than what I expected.
The installer was quick and knew all the steps to complete the installation in a professional manner - top notch and wonderful attention to detail.
I am thrilled with my new window coverings.

The consultant, Deborah (Dee), was very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the best window blinds. Unfortunately, the blinds were pulled from the market so we went through the process a second time. She made this quite easy. There were some problems with the product quality after installation and I had to contact the company. Getting a response from them was quite difficult but Dee was the interface that solved the problem. Mike did the installation and he did a very good job, too. Thanks to you both!

The two ladies that came over were great to work with. They're very experienced and knowledgeable. They were also very personable and friendly. Since I'm building my own house, I did pay attention to the detail of their work.
I would certainly want them to install again if I was to add more shutters to my house.
