When we purchased our home 28 years ago, the builder advertised you could through a party in the master ensuite bathroom. They were right - much wasted space! Last summer we worked with Karen from Aroma Kitchens & Bath to design & build something that would be unique and make use of all the "extra" space provided. It was a pleasure working with Karen who brought her experience & insight into the plan. She challenged us with new concepts, designs and materials which were outside the box for us but truly stunning. We were able to exchange ideas in a very relaxed manner, never feeling pressured to go with one design or another. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. It was the first time we had involved a designer in our home renovations and we wouldn't hesitate to use Karen's expertise in the future!

We found Aroma from an ad in the local paper. They did a complete gutting and redesign of our kitchen last year, and our master ensuite this year.

We had never done remodelling or redesign of this magnitude and the number of decisions to be made can be quite daunting. Some you are completely sure about when you make them, others less so. We found the team at Aroma, and Hetal in particular, incredibly patient as it took us weeks to make all of our decision for both jobs. What I appreciate most about Hetal is that he is friendly and very service-oriented, but not a "yes man" - what I mean by that is if he feels you are making a choice or going in a direction you may regret or that has a downside you may not have thought about, he'll let you know. This happened to us a few times on both jobs and we ended up in a better place because of his advice.

The work was done on time for both jobs, the price was competitive, and the installation flawless. We could not be happier.

The mark of a good designer is someone who really listens to you, and then tweaks your ideas and creates a space that is not merely functional, but something special . The actual install, done by Robert, progressed smoothly, was completed on time, and with attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.

Having consulted a number of companies, we met with Karen the designer at Aroma and were so impressed with her professionalism, courtesy and ideas, that we decided to employ the company to renovate our kitchen.
