After a very long search for a bed frame I found the perfect one on-line. Called and spoke to Carlos and he advised me to come in to make sure it was what I was looking for and wanted. When I went into the store I was they had a pretty good selection of nice bed frames and head boards. I was able to customize the one I wanted with the colour and the studs. Wasn't expecting the bed for 2 weeks or so as it was being custom made here in Canada but bed was ready in less than a week! Very happy with the service Carlos provided. He delivered it and even help build it. Would definitely recommend everyone to Sleep Guide for not only mattresses but nice custom bed frames as well! Great friendly service and I love supporting small businesses vs going to Leons/the brick and those big box store. My husband and I are very happy with the amazing service we received! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Sleep Guide. I called and spoke with Carlos who was very knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he listed to what I was looking for and worked with me to find a mattress that would suit my needs and my budget. I ask many questions about him and his competitors to compare the quality and I never felt rushed into making a decision. I never felt the pressure of someone trying to close the sale and he left all my options up to me and I was so impressed that I bought the mattress set. The best part was he delivered that very evening and helped bring the mattress up the stairs (not just leaving it in the front!). I found sleepguide online. After shopping at many of the reputable big boxed stores I found many of the mattresses overpriced and the salesmen very aggressive. I am 100% satisfied with my mattress and the service. Carlos is a hard working business owner who appreciates the customer. He offered the same mattresses then the big boxed stores at a much lower price. Carlos and his work ethic is the prime example as to why we should buy local and support our small businesses. I am very happy knowing I got the absolute best deal around.

My son was flying in from uni for the holidays December 18th at 8 pm and I didn't have a bed for him. I searched around and was so impressed by the reviews for 'Carlos' that I thought I'd give him Sleep Guide a call. Much to my surprise THE Carlos answered AND gave me an hour long crash course on mattresses. I was so impressed (and thrilled that he could deliver the same day) that I ended up ordering 3 mattresses. The bad part: I was picking my son up at the airport when Carlos delivered to my house so I didn't get to thank him personally. The BEST part, we all had a great night's sleep on our new mattresses!! Thanks Carlos. 10/10 would recommend.

I have looked around for the best price I checked closing sale, final sale, best sale all I can say is Sleeping Guide had the best deal and Carlos had the knowledge to guide me to the best mattress for the kids
