Nope, seldom will you hear any upsets from us; in most cases there's no value to the homeowner in being upsold on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) items (indoor air quality improvements are about the lone exception, in my opinion) and our aim is to provide our clients with value at every turn. We're keen to help you get what you need, but not to "sell" you anything. The idea of "selling" people on things makes us feel a little slimy, and we'd rather sleep soundly at night with a clear conscience than put a couple more dollars in our pockets by selling folks things they don't need and only wanted because we convinced them they should have them.
We agree, personable and honest (and I'll include "proficient at their craft" as well) is how all businesses should operate, and it's always heartwarming to hear that the folks we've served feel we're meeting that standard.
