It was done almost 20 year ago and the roof is still solid. I call again due to recent Raccoon havoc. The company come immediately and inspect the roof at no cost and recommended the raccoon professional to finish the job. It displays City Roofing professionalism and efficiency.

In order to help us find the ideal color for our house, Peter provided us different samples beforehand and gave us very nice suggestions on our house. I came across City Roofing when a few of my neighbors were using their service. Their work looked beautiful so I walked over to talk to Peter about replacing my roof of similar age. He is very knowledgeable and his price is very reasonable so I went with them. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work he and his crew came early to lay down tarps to protect my newly paved interlocks around my house, plywoods were put up against patio door and windows to protect from falling shingles and nails. He examined all plywoods underneath to ensure the roof is in good shape. He sent me pictures to keep me posted during the day. And he and the crew did a great job cleaning up; they used a magnetic roller to pick up all the loose nails around the house; everything put back in their original place. This kind of attention to detail is definitely what set them apart. Not to mention the work is simply top-notch as can see from the pictures.

Peter and company provides excellent sevice and follow up. Came back to fix an area not changed and did not charge. Most important is the quality of work done. Peter takes pride in his poduct. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfy with the job done by Peter for the water leak in my garage. I thought the problem was in the shingle on the roof above the garage but I was wrong. Peter examined the problem and discovered it was the shingle that were damaged by the Racoons on the roof of the house. He recommend to replace the shingle and connect the Eavestrough on the roof above garage to the gutter directly. Also he connect the Eavestrough on the roof of the house to the gutter directly.

In addition, when I hired a racoon guy he to fix my racoon problem he told me there were wide gaps at the bottom of the windows for both rooms. The builder was too lazy to do a proper job but that's another story. I asked Peter about this problem and he proposed a solution to fixed it. I am very happy with his solution.

Peter was recommended by two of my friends. He is very patient and explain the steps clearly. His team had completed the work in a few hours. Very efficient. He also investigated the reason why the water sipped through the ceiling from the porch and suggested a solution to fix it. He also fixed one of the original pipes and made it longer so that the water will not flow directly on the shingles free of charge. He is very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend Peter to my friends!
