A & Wes Tile

Wes has just completed a renovation of our ensuite bathroom. He did a wonderful job and took care with every step in the process. He was very professional and worked hard until the job was done.

Found Wes on Homestars, he came out the same day that I called to give us a quote. Hired him on the spot not only because of his fair price but could tell he was very passionate about his work and a perfectionist. He explained every step in detail and cleaned up after himself every day. Took his time to make sure every tile was level and the result is perfection! Wes also installed new shower doors which look stunning. It's so nice to finally have a bathroom that is done the right way and not just slapped up with caulking everywhere. We were originally going to do it ourselves but were uncertain about how to approach the shower base. Do we use a custom shower base or tile – the custom base was going to be quite expensive so we decided on tiling.

Even then, we were still unsure how best to tackle it. After Googling how to tile a shower base I came upon Aandwestile's website. Once I saw the quality of work they do I decided to give them a call.

Wes come out to access the job, he advised us what was the best option for the space based on his experience and gave us a quote. We we're very pleased with the quote and decided to move forward with the project.

It was the best decision we made. After witnessing how it's actually done properly I would of never have been able to accomplish this on my own. Wes was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time with careful attention to detail making sure everything was level. He was always there when he said he would be and finished on time and on budget.

Wes recommended a plumber and glass installer and so far everything is great with no issues. We decided to go with one piece of glass, no door, 2 brushed nickel clips and siliconed in place – all very clean looking with no extra braces. The glass turned out exactly how we envisioned it to be.

We are very pleased with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending Aandwestile.

We found Wes on HomeStars and initially, we didn't know what to expect. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we decided to go with it. Wes did a great job tiling our kitchen backsplash. He completed the job on time and as quoted. He took his time to explain in detail each step of the job, answered all of our questions and gave us contacts to get the tiles at a discount. We were short a couple of tiles, and Wes went to the store to buy the tiles for us. He is very reliable and professional. Wes replaced the backsplash in our kitchen; we live in a float home that moves quite a bit at times! He was extremely professional, punctual, and a great craftsman. He meticulously removed our tile backsplash and was eager to give me the intricate pattern I requested above our stove. It was a tedious job because of the amount of cutting (especially around the windows), and the house never stays level, but he pulled it off on time and I could not be more pleased with the end result He suggested I may not like my original request for dark grout and showed me a few alternatives. He let me think it over and in the end I went with his suggestion. He was right! I'm glad I listened to him - it's just fabulous :)

Wes did an fantstic job. My attempt at removing the backsplash tiles destroyed half the gyproc. He replaced the gyproc where needed and removed the rest of the tiles perfectly. He also repaired the new counter tops that another company had not secured during install and noticed my bathroom shower needed silicone and did that. Great workmanship, on time, budget and tidy. Love my new backsplash. Thanks Wes!

We had Wes install tile in our master bathroom and en suite bathroom; floors and shower enclosure. He did good work and what made a difference to me was the little extras he included at no extra cost like installing the shower curtain rod and floor prep prior to tile placement.

The need to replace our old tub and renovate our guest bathroom sent us on a search for a person to set the tile around the new bathtub and on the floor. When Wes came to our house we were impressed because, he was on time, he was prepared with samples of his previous work, and he was professional. His estimate was delivered when he promised and was comprehensive and complete.

The scope of the job was to demolish the existing bathtub tiled walls, replace with new waterproof materials, tile, grout, and seal the bathtub walls and floor.

Our job turned out to be more difficult after the walls were down and the new tub installed. Wes addressed all of the initially unseen problems with professional expertise. The bathtub tile we had chosen was unique and had the potential to easily show “less than perfect” installation. Our tile looks perfect! He also suggested a floor tile design that really enhances the look of the marble tile we chose. The result is amazing. He was very personable, took time to explain how he would solve a problem and to answer all of our questions. His completed project is that of a master craftsman.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome and credit 99% of our beautiful new bathroom to his dedication to taking care to do things right. We highly recommend A and Wes Tile.

Wes was on time, stuck to his schedule and very professional. He did good work and is clearly experienced. Our job involved removal and demo of old tile & drywall and reinstallation of both. Would not hesitate to recommend.
