First time I needed help with a squirrel problem in my roof. Trevor was so quick to send one of his efficient employees. Chris tested the entry point to the roof, then cane the next day and fixed the problem. They both also followed up to make sure all was well! We then had a leak through the bathroom vent after a heavy/ driving rain... I called Trevor who Came to the rescue with his amazing crew... in less than a week, ( eventhough they were so busy!) I received a reasonable quote and the problem was fixed before the next rainfall!

I called Mega when we saw that water was coming into our bathroom and they came over less than an hour later to determine the problem and offer solutions. The work was completed as soon as it stopped raining and there were no leaks in the following rainstorm.

Dealing with Trevor, at Mega Roofing via email, was a pleasure. He promptly responded to my first email requesting an estimate and every subsequent email was answered in a timely manner. Trevor was able to provide assurances that Mega Roofing had WCB coverage and sufficient liability insurance. Also, Trevor said repairs could begin approximately a week after approval was given and that did occur.
I live in six unit townhouse complex, each townhouse is three stories high, so it is difficult to find a company who will attempt to repair leaks that are three stories high. We did obtain quotes from other companies and Mega Roofing's quote was reasonable. The actual invoice equaled to the estimate amount, so no surprises.
At the condo complex, I met a few of the technicians who were very professional and pleasant to speak to.
I found this company on Homestars.com and was impressed with the excellent reviews. After my experience dealing with Mega Roofing, I can attest the reviews are accurate and I would highly recommend Mega Roofing

I chose this company as my neighbours had previous good experience and suggested I use Mega. I was not disappointed. I did appreciate their expertise. They worked hard and cleaned up the area. Management kept in contact to organize the timing having in mind the current weather conditions (partly snow)

they were very prompt, professional and explained everything very well. Cleanup was done excellent and i am very happpy. That is why i chose them to do my shingles too and as soon as weather is half normal i am sure they will start that work.
