They were fast to contact, that was good but after thinking about it their rates are far to high. This took them less then 15 min to do and the cost was 157.50 including tax. The people were very nice and did a very good job and if you need something done right away then they may be the one to contact but make sure what you need done will take time other wise you will wonder why 157.50 for 15 min work. I realize that they have to make money to stay in business, but you get more press by being a little fair. I would of though after seeing what had to be done there would be a brake in the rate. They did a good job and I am pleased with that, but I don't think I could recommend them to anyone based on the rate for job.

As far as I can tell, the work was done well. They were quick, and professional, and if there were delays or things that came up they were very quick to communicate with me. They cleaned up great as well which is appreciated as I have kids who go out in the yard frequently. My only suggestion/recommendation would be to send photos of the finished work, since it's a roof and I can't exactly see up there!

They remained in constant communication, gave me realistic options to work with, and cleaned up when they finished. Great job, fair price. Would use again!

Blake responded to my job posting on Home Stars within an hour! He had Dale, one of his service reps, out the next day to inspect a repair resulting from winter ice damming that had been attempted by another contractor. (The other contractor had failed to return several times to complete the job, so I put out a query for help on Home Stars.) Dale arrived on time for the appointment, listened well to my situation, and carefully reviewed the pictures I presented of the winter ice damming and resultant house leak. After inspecting the roof, he was able to determine that the previous repair was satisfactory and needed no further work at this time. I really appreciated that Dale did not attempt to "upsale" me. With the prompt response by Blake and the kind of attentive, unhurried, and honest service Dale provided, I would definitely plan to contact Mega Roofing and Exteriors again for future roof and exterior work.

The 2018 Calgary snowpocalypse made some heavy ice dams on my roof and I had water leaking through the shingles and a bathroom vent. Mega roofing was great, explained in detail what the fix would be, wrote me up a quote and fixed it promptly. Punctual, good communication and took their time. Blake was great for communication, I had him fix a few really minor roofing issues while they were up there and after a few delays for weather kept me in the loop and was super nice about everything. Thanks guys you were great.

The response time was super prompt (same day service) and the eavestrough was repaired better than than it originally was. We would recommend Mega Roofing in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I recommend this company without a doubt! Excellent response time to both estimate (there were 2 estimates requested) and communication from Kary. The work completed was explained to both my partner and I as well as to what was left to be done.

Great company to work with - and the only one that actually responded to my query promptly and had an estimate to me within a few days versus weeks. Kary was very responsive to all my questions and was completely upfront and honest about what needed to be done versus what could be done and this was much appreciated. Communication was just excellent as we had a few weather delays. Allen, the installer, arrived when they said he would and did a superb job on the house as well as fixing an issue on the garage. The site was left spotless and we now have not only good looking eavestroughing, but ones that actually work properly! Will definitely be using Mega again.

Crew of 2 arrived within a half hour of the designated time. Set-up was quick and work got underway quickly. The job was to add additional insulation and to re-insulate a 10 by 10 foot area that a house inspection picked up as missing any insulation. Process flowed along fairly well and then in pulling back the hose to get at the closer area to the attic hatch, the connection on the hose came apart in the middle and we got several inches of cellulite in a small room where the attic hatch was. A bit of a mess, put luckily the house owner had a shop vac to do some emergency clean up.

Blake and his team from start to finish was friendly and professional. The job was exactly on quote, everything was done on schedule, and our home and yard were left spotless after cleanup.
I would highly recommend this company.
