By far the best underpinning contractor I have worked with in the city. High quality work completed within timeline provided. They also did the basement extension/foundation work. Highly recommend the company. Excellent & professional crew!

Wow! Rock Bottom is hands down the best experience Ive had with any contractor. They carefully and methodically approached the underpinning of my semi detached home. Being a slightly neurotic person, I was very apprehensive about this big project. Not once did rock bottom make me rethink my decision - they took care of my home, and communicated with me thoughtfully every step of the way. Even when there were unexpected issues, it cost me neither time or money as they dealt with them. I cant say enough good things about the RB crew. If only I had another basement to underpin!

Rock Bottom did an excellent job underpinning our basement and laying a cinder block foundation for a rear addition. They took care of all the in-floor plumbing, weeping tile, sump pit, sewage ejector and waterproofing. Crews were at my house 6 days a week, 8 hours a day for the entire job and Jamie was responsive and helpful the entire way through. They left the site in good condition and made repairs where necessary. I would recommend Rock Bottom without hesitation.
