This specific back basement addition was a bit tricky due to tight property lines and access for dump trucks to the back was very narrow. Thanks for the kind words! Hope your garage build is coming along nicely and ready to store your vehicle this winter! Yes, here at RockBottom Underpinning we always try to find the most efficient and cost effective solution when issues come up- we don't work any other way. We were originally planning to underpin the neighbors garage in order to complete the excavation- but due to some circumstances that came up we found a more efficient alternative (Helical Piles). RockBottom Underpinning completed all the excavation, foundation work, and slab for the new garage.
