Seriously and extremely terrible customer service. I ordered my bed set 3 weeks back. Delivery was supposed to be within 1 week. It's 3 week now and still hasn't arrived. No one picks up your phone after you have bought. Never use these people .

I have experienced the worst customer service ever. I bought a bed room set from this shop on April 12, 2013. They primised 3 to 4 weeks delivery for that I agreed. Installation was included in the price. They delivered the stuff on May 7, 2013 but the night table was missing also the delivery guys damaged the foot board during installation. The business did not tell me before delivery that the night table is missing. Upon asking the owner told me that its in clearing and promised a date. I again called on the promised date then another promise. In this process they made 4 to 5 promises. During this process of promises they never called me, always I had to call them. For the last promise when I went to store for the pickup, the owner started yelling on me that why am I bothering them.

At the time of purchase they issued me an estimate not the invoice. Upon asking for the proper invoice they denied it and told that this is the only document I will get.

I'm very happy with my entire experience at Vanaik's. They had a huge selection of quality furniture!

What makes them different to their competition (and why I ultimately bought from them) is their customer service. I felt that I was under no pressure whatsoever.

In addition, I had to call twice to change the delivery date and had no problem doing so. The men who delivered and set up the furniture today did a great job! Five stars and an A+ all around! Buy with confidence.

I bought recliner sofa set from Vanaik furnitures. The service was very nice and it was a great experience. I did my window shopping on other stores but the quality and price at Vanaik furnitures was unbeatable.

we bought a 3 piece sofa (loveseat, chair, and sofa) on boxing day (december,26, 2012) and they delivered the chair and the sofa but till this day they haven't sent us our loveseat. When we contacted them they never picked up the phone calls and when we visited the warehouse and shop the made up excuses and told us they will send the sofa but they never do. we paid $1300 which is the full amount for the sofas. if they cant provide us we the sofa we want our money back. I would never again purchase anything from that store. I highly recommend no one should visit that store again.

we went to etobicoke loaction.order our furniture on nov 9.untill today we didnt get our full furniture.they send my delivery 5 times but still my stuff missing.my family came new in this country i have to send them on very first night to my other family member.their customer service is worst.20 years in canada never see that bad service.in 5 time delivery they ruin my stairs carpet.in short never shop at this store.if u do, dont never ever give full amount.we got stuck in deep s***.be careful

Pl dont go to this furniture store...these guys are a bunch of crook. They are only there for your money. Faulty furniture, bunch of __ap, worst customer service. My kids slept on the floor on a single mattress because we trusted this crooks...dont let them strip you off your money..dont go threre

I guess $1500.00 is nothing for them. Went to the Markham store and as usual, great service in selling. Got our furniture but it was damaged. 1 month later they delivered at a LATE TIME the replacement but they didn't deliver the foot of the bed. Their phone keeps ringing and ringing. Can't get anyone.!!!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATED

We bought bedroom furniture in June 2012. We didn't see the bed, the saleslady showed to us on line. I wanted a foot board where i could sit on the edge. Well when the bed was delivered it was the wrong measurments, I could not sit on the edge. Also, there was a mark on the dresser (2.5"x1"). The technician came and tried to fix it, but couldn't. The mark it still there. They should replace the dresser since it was damaged brand new. No-one would return our calls. Everytime we called the store, we were told some-one will call.
We would end up going to the store. They said we didn't like the bed, but we did its the wrong measurements. Its the worst service we have received. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They carry faulty furniture and have terrible customer service.. I didn't get the funiture on time and wasn't informed of the change. When I called in they rescheduled and came very late.... The delivery men scratched and took off some paint from my freshly painted walls. One item had to be exchanged because it was broken, I've been promised several times I would get the new one, but they have yet to deliver it... It's been over a month and I don't think they're going to change it for me... The worst experience of my life! I will never go back to them! They are very unprofessional, have zero customer service and don't speak the truth!
