Fieldmasters Synthetic Grass & Landscape Design

As a golf professional for nearly 20 years it has always been a dream of mine to have a practice area in my yard. Field Masters worked very closely with me on the design and material selection and I couldn't be happier. The green looks great and rolls better and better with time (totally normal for it to run slow at first). It is the main attraction when friends and family come over and also it has actually improved my putting by making 20-30 minutes of practice a day more convenient. All work was completed on time and on budget and the boys were very good about coming back afterward to make sure that all the details were taken care of.

We contacted Josh in March for a quote on synthetic turf. He contacted us almost immediately (within a few hours of submitting the request online). He was at our house that same week with different quotes and proposals. He brought samples to us on several occasions. We told Josh that we wanted a maintenance free backyard oasis by May 24 week-end. Josh’s team are amazing craftsmen....they installed a stone deck, stone around the pool and the synthetic turf and our backyard now looks like something out of a magazine!! We struggled with the idea of putting in synthetic turf in our back yard for years. We have kids and really wanted to have real grass back there. But our back yard gets no sun and all we ever had back there was dirt and mud. We realized we weren't using the space at all any more. So, this summer we took the leap and had Fieldmasters do the install ... and our only regret is not doing it sooner. Jeff's crew did a great job. They were courteous, accommodating and very professional. They did the job on time and it looks great. There's one detail with the border that isn't ideal, I think probably as a result of our lawn not being a level as maybe they thought it was, but it's not a huge problem and is far outweighed by all the positive aspects of the project. We're really happy with the end result and would highly recommend Josh and his crew.

I hired Josh and his team to install synthetic grass in my front and backyard. Josh came right away to provide a quote and he negotiated with me on the spot to provide a better price. He also "threw in" an extra strip to ensure the back would be aesthetically pleasing. I did also receive other quotes but this one with Josh was the best quote. His price was higher per sq ft but the turf was higher grade and once we negotiated it came to a better price than the others.
His team arrived a week earlier than planned, which was fine with me since I was in town! Happy to get it done earlier. There were about 4 men working at all times (maybe 6 men at times) and they did a great job. I liked how they were all in uniform...very professional and worked fast. The job was done in a few days. So far, (it's been about 4 months) the turf is in great shape and I look forward to seeing how it does over the first winter.
I have received many compliments on the turf and I hope I get many years out of it! Happy to recommend Josh and his company to my friends that ask about it.

This photo is what their guarantee on their work gets you. I was told this would last forever it was so strong it would never move, it's three years old. They also won't honour their warranty as they refuse to come and do the repair work on my hard for this, or my unfinished patio or my incorrectly installed turf! Please do not use them, no matter how great a spin josh or Aaron put on things!

Fieldmasters are Great, 6 stars out of 5. I have a small area, under 200 square feet in my backyard where nothing grew. I decided to investigate Synthetic Grass after hearing someone talk about it on the radio. I first did my homework and went onto You Tube and learned about Synthetic Grass and watched a couple of Video's about how it was put down. I then went on the internet and called 4 different companies. Josh from Fieldmasters was the only one that called back. We discussed my situation and Josh explained his installation process which matched the video's I had watched. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time, with samples. My wife and I liked the fact that his product is Made in Canada, not China, and that it is porous allowing water to run through it. We arranged installation for the following week. Josh called me a couple of days later that he had a job delayed and could do my installation that day. At about 1:00 that afternoon, two installers showed up and within 4 hours, they had removed the soil and rock, put down the scree and sand and installed the grass. His workers were clean, neat, and very personable. My wife and I are ecstatic that for the first time in 30 years, the grass finishes our backyard. Everyone I show it to is very impressed with the quality of the Synthetic Grass and the look. I recommend Fieldmasters to anyone that wants a quality job done.
