Aren was very helpful from the onset of our conversation, she provided me with great recommendations and was very good at following up and answering questions. Installation was done very neatly. My dad's front porch column was deteriotating over time and I had to look for someone. After calling a few companies online, I called Decor Group Inc. and I spoke to Aren. She was friendly and patient with my questions and even ask me to come by their showroom to check their products/services.

When I did go there and meet Maurizio, his approach was very good and clear. He took the time and explained every detail. Even provided information for our new house me and my wife booked next year and what to do with it. Paid the deposit and was told that they would follow up with a date.

Aren made sure the contractor would come in during my day off. He was a pleasant guy too. The job was well done in my books and the service provided was excellent. Nothing can go wrong and definitely will go back to them for the crown mouldings for my new home come next year!

I recently purchased some PVC post wrap product from Decor Group in Mississauaga. I was very impressed by their professionalism and the fact that they were a paperless operation. I ordered 4 PVC post wraps for some 6x6 posts at home. It was great to see every step of my order get updated and subsequently send me an email on the update. I felt in the loop every step of the way.

I am a DIY'er, I installed it myself and the product installed easily. It is very clean looking! I will be re-facing 5 more posts in the spring and I will come back to Decor Group for more.

The staff at Decor Group were courteous, kind and responded in a timely manner. I would recommend Decor Group for post-products! It was a very positive experience for me.

I had many quotes in replacing my columns, but it was Aren's customer service that made me decide to go with Decor Group. I found the company online, and liked the fact that they deliver and install the pillars, and take away the old ones. I called and ordered some fiberglass columns. The company was very helpful with the ordering process. I was told the installation would be done within a week or week and a half. A few days after ordering I realized the columns wouldn't fit the porch properly. I contacted the company and they were very helpful, asking that I send pictures of the porch from many angles. Arrangements were made for a change to some composite porch pillars that would fit perfectly. The pillars were delivered and installed within a few days of my second call, and just a week from the first call. The installation was excellent. The installer did a very professional and careful job, and the pillars are great. They aren't a stark white, but a creamy white, so that they will look good until I decide to paint them. The company was good enough to email me instructions on painting them. The old pillars were taken away by the installer as arranged.
