Executive Interlock

Good company. Responsible and qualified employees. Scott is qualified sales person with a great experience. Only one problem I see: Company has a lot of clients and because of that very difficult to finish all projects in time.

I operate a interlocking stone company in the west end of Toronto and use executive for all my East of Toronto projects. They haven't let us down in quality and timing. I highly recommend this company their we'll equipped, have an excellent trained staff, fair pricing and their attention to detail is excellent. Keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic outcome of my pool project and driveway, these guys really know how to make a customer happy. Im a machinist by trade so im a very particular guy when it comes to craftsmanship. However this company blew past my expectations! Thanks guys.

This company is very hard working and professional. Scott (the sales rep) was very knowledgeable about what we wanted to accomplish with our property. We purchased a driveway, patio, and interlock bricks on both sides of our home. the price was very competitive and the workmanship stands in a league of its own. If you want landscaping done they are the guys to call. Scotts son Kennedy is a phenomenal worker and is very talented. They also do pools too! Executive interlock has my applause.

Decided to have the driveway and backyard done this year. Contacted Kennedy after a recommendation from a neighbour. The workmanship turned out to be incredibly beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Will be looking to hire Kennedy for snow removal this winter.

Had driveway and porch redone to our home. Was beautifully reinterlocked. Two workers in particular worked so hard . Patrick and the stone guy Vlad, what a talent he is . Unbelievable. Looks gorgeous. They have insight into how to design walkways and driveways even without customers input. You can tell that they have a great deal of experience. You get what you pay for.

I contacted this company back in May and a contract was written up - we made our 10% deposit. We did not hear back until July. Someone came to do some excavation and dumped gravel on my driveway. We made our 2nd payment. The person who came provided us a copy of the contract so we trusted him and gave the $. Since July until now no one has shown up to complete the project and we can't get a hold of anyone! We tried contacting Shaun (the one who did the excavation) and he doesnt' answer us. He keeps saying he will come or he will come this weekend and by that date no one shows up and no one calls us. This has happened 4 times since July. We tried calling Scott and Kennedy. And they tell us we need to track down the subcontractors and resolve it ourselves since Scott did not receive the money that was paid and he didn't hire these guys. Well if he didn't hire or made contact then how did Shaun have a copy of the contract?? We've requested a refund and he said he can't refund $ that he never received. The contract is under Executive Interlock so contractually the business needs to complete the work no matter what issues they have with their staff internally. They should not have customers try to resolve their employee matter - that just makes the company loses credibility. As a business owner, if customer satisfaction is important to him, then he should send other people to come and finish the project and then deal with his people behind the scenes! This is the worst company - they take your $ and don't do work. They don't take responsibility for anything and make excuses! With the dumped gravel on our driveway and torn out backyard, we've had no place to park our car for the last months and backyard has been unusable the whole season. A very unprofessional company - and they advertise themselves as 30 to 40 yrs in the business. And when i called Kennedy to inform of the matter and that some thing needs to be done, all he tried to do was brush me off and tell me to call Scott. When I told him he needs to do the calling, his response was "I'm going to forget, so can you call".

We signed a contract with Executive Interlock back in March of this year. They showed up once to do some prep work and left all their garbage behind for us to clean up. I have repeatedly called to find out when they are coming to finish the job and they have told me they will be there later that week. Needless to say, they have never showed up and i am out the deposit of $1100 i gave them. Definitely would not recommend them.
