Basic Condo Cleaning with Extras
We thank you for sharing your feedback about your cleaning experience with Maid4Condos. We are glad to hear you liked the service provided by our professional team and once again we apologize for missing some areas.
Your feedback has been shared with our Quality control team who then followed up with our cleaning team on this with constructive feedback.
Time allocated to the service was maximum of 4 hrs of labour as long as the space is in average condition and sizing is accurate. As we had two cleaners on site, they had 2 hrs for the service. Our team usually does a quick inspection of the space when they arrive on site and advise if they would need more time for the service, so that we can advise the clients and ask for approval to stay longer if needed. Unfortunately, this time our team failed to ask for extra time and left some areas unfinished. We understand the inconvenience with having to have us back, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to come back and address those areas.
We appreciate your feedback and we are actively working on areas of improvement along with our Quality control team as well as with our trainers.
