I just had Nathalia Meiler at a condo near Yonge and Charles do a thorough clean. The apartment is becoming an office and we simply need a deep clean. The condo isn't that large but the amount of work they put in was above and beyond a normal call. Very professional.

Had a great experience from Maid4Condos. Samantha did a very thorough job cleaning my condo before a new tenant moved in. I'm very satisfied with the level of cleaning and would hire them again when I need another condo cleaning.

Super great service!! Andrea was incredible - very kind, quick, and did a top-notch job. She went above and beyond and our place is tidy and sparkling. She even made the dog's bed.

Cynthia did a great job cleaning my condo! She was professional, polite and efficient. When I came home, everything was put nicely into place, my dishwasher was running, and everything was shining. I would highly recommend her and Maid4 Condos again to my friends and family.

I used Maid4Condos for a move-in clean when I got my new condo. The place really needed a deep clean and moving is stressful enough, so I decided to get some help on the cleaning front. I loved how easy it was to book online. I knew exactly how much the service would cost and could pick a time that worked with my schedule. Nathalia showed up on time and did such an incredible job. The condo was spotless! She was efficient and detail-oriented. I would absolutely use this service again in future!

I had my condo cleaned today by Hatice. She did a great job and met all my expectations! She got into every corner, cleaned everything perfectly on the checklist and made my condo look brand new again! I couldn't be anymore pleased. She was on time, pleasant to talk to and finished on time as well!

This is the worst cleaning I ever experienced. I decided that for a move-in cleaning I would like to have what I considered a premium service. What a disappointment. It looked like they were in a hurry and just service wipe and off they went. The floors were streaky as were the stainless steel appliances. On the shower rain head there was a layer of dirt that they left. The condo was in fairly good shape, just needed a professional cleaning, but that is not what I got. The sent their quality control manager quickly and she rectified some of the issues, but I went in yesterday on my own to do a better cleaning. For example even the QM said that she could not clean the stainless steel appliances of the streaks. Well guess what? I got a stainless steel cleaner and they came out perfectly. The interior windows were done, but I went back over them and there was dirt on my paper towels...so also not done well. The shower stall door was streaky so I had to reclean it. So yes the response was quick, but the QM only corrected some things. She was only one person. There was even dust in the door frames...an easy swiff, and it would have been done. They should have done a complete do-over with their best team and then perhaps they could have redeemed themselves. I am very angry. I note that there is another move-in clean below that has a similar rating. They can't use the excuse that my place was not in good shape because it was, just a few things...it was actually worse after they were done.
UPDATE...so in their answer below it is contact a member of our management team and they will fix it...not so much...their response was well usually we send the team back in to fix things, which they did not. They have made no offer of a refund or anything. So. so much for a satisfaction guarantee. They have very slick marketing , but poor quality.

We ordered a Deep Clean Service. Regular service costs less. Andrea and Rhonda did a very thorough cleaning job, with excellent attention to detail. Each time we have invited Maid4condos into our home we have felt we received very good value. We will certainly invite them back!
