Tested his work and showed us how to use our stove as we are new at using gas stove. He made sure no leaks and all is working before leaving.

When I was looking for a contractor, I got quotes from many people, most of whom charged ridiculous amounts. When I came across Frank's company, I was pleasantly surprised at how quick, caring and responsive he was, even when he was out of the country! I found Frank using Homestars and seeing other's reviews. He stopped by for an estimate very quickly and fit me in within days, which was great because it was mid Feb and was freezing in my rec room where we were putting the fireplace! Frank was great, quick, price was right, he even went the extra mile to troubleshoot the second-hand fireplace when it would not come on, and fixed it. He also called a few days later to see if everything was OK...unheard of in any other contractor I've had! Highly recommend.
