Multiple Choice Flooring

Work entailed removal of old carpet and installation of new carpet. Abraham provided excellent customer service from the moment I contacted him to the very end of the job. He was helpful, offered suggestions and options, even told me how I could save a few dollars! He completed the job within the time frame he gave me and with the agreed upon budget, and left me with an absolutely clean area where the work was being done . I would hire him again if I need the services he provides.

Great experience overall.
Called 15-20 minutes prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way.
When arrived, we spent 10 minutes reviewing the work.
Abraham and Jay discussed how to tackle the job and then started. They moved the big furniture items and disposed of the old carpet.
Started around 9am and left at 1230pm.
New carpet looks great!

Multiple choice did a great job for us. It was efficient, cost effective and pleasant. The only reason we did not provide five stars is that their credit card machine was to be replaced and was not done within the 10 days from quote to job completion. I consider this minor and it would not prevent me from recommending them. We'll use them again.

I recently had two sets of stairs replaced with carpet. The price was reasonable. And I had a very positive experience with Abraham. He was very professional. Provided a quote in a decent time frame, on the day of installation; he and his associate were punctual and respectful of my home. The carpet on both sets of stairs turned out great.
