Our office was exposed to water damage. The broadloom carpet was damaged and needed to be replaced. Multiple Choice Flooring gave great options and worked with us on colour choices. This is my second time using multiple choice floorings services. We purchased a new home and contacted Abraham, and he was able to schedule a site visit on a date we liked. He arrived on time, showed a lot of samples and made suggestions on the products. On the installation date the installers arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do, and completed a fabulous job. Over 1000 square feet of carpet was insaetlled in one day. They left everything clean, and vacuumed the floor. We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a flooring installer.

Abraham was very professional in his work and in his communication. Everything happened when he said it would and how. We wanted to replace some damaged floor in our basement with carpet. He helped us quickly choose a carpet based on availability and got it installed in time for us to sell our house with the new carpet. Abraham was very responsive over text, which was really helpful because we were back and forth with him several times about which carpet to choose. There was even a hiccup where he was unable to install the carpet on the landing because a door needed to be cut, but he came back a second time to finish just that part at no extra charge.
