We contacted Michael to determine the source of a leak in our house. He responded quickly and resourcefully determined the likely cause before even coming over. He and his assistant were very professional and thorough, and Michael has been so pleasant to work with. Michael and his team are outstanding. Not only did the crew show up on time, but they also showed up early and had already done an external review (including the roof) before I had even arrived home. When I arrived Michael walked through everything in the home with me, educating me on every aspect of the home along the way.
