My wife and I had been living through a nightmare scenario with our rooftop terrace which had leaked through all 4 floors of our townhouse. We had repeatedly tried to fix our leak over the previous year with other contractors to no avail.

We engaged ODS to replace our flat roof membrane and scupper which had been the source of the leak. Mark navigated a very complex scenario with adjoining neighbours to install our new roof. ODS even installed a custom scupper that allowed for increased water volume.

We have had heavy rainfall since then and our water issues are finally solved. Thanks Mark for saving us!
