I was looking for someone to do my grandfathers roof, Ontario downspout was highly recommended. My grandfather was very pleased with their work, they started and finished on schedule, were very friendly and professional and mark took the extra time to answer all of the questions we had. We were afraid there would be a mess to clean up after however that was not the case, everything was left better than before and we could not be happier with the work done. We had a small job done on downspouts last year and turned again to Harvey and Mark for a bigger job this year, full replacement of roof and eaves. Mark and his crew were great to work with both in the planning stage and then carrying out the work. It was a somewhat difficult job with a mixture of roof shapes and sizes and a large solarium to work around. They kept the yard clean, they were always on time and finished on schedule. We were very pleased with the project and the price and would certainly recommend the company to others.

What started as a simple correction of our downspouts turned into a much bigger job. They replaced the eaves troughs, soffit and faschia. Then they replaced the siding on our solarium, garage and some windows. Next came a repair of our flat roof. and finally, this year, replacing the roof over the solarium and back porch, as well as resealing the solarium to correct a leakage problem. Their work was always done promptly, professionally and expertly. The workmen always worked cleanly and remedied any messes that were made. And their charges were always reasonable for the amount and quality of work they performed. We would, and have, recommended Ontario Downspout to our friends.

Excellently done job! Mark and his crew had put a new flat roof on the balcony that started to leak, installed new solid deck on top. The quality of services exceeded my expectations. The site was left clean - We enjoyed a glass of Prosecco on our balcony pretty much as soon as they left.

From the quick telephone response, to the swift and thorough assessment, we were impressed by their professional approach. So impressed, that we decided to hire them to reroof the entire house. The job was done meticulously as was the cleanup. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them as reliable, honest and friendly.

Recent heavy rainstorms had damaged an undersized downspout and caused some basement leaking, despite a previous added drain. Harvey began assessing our problem from Google Earth before arriving to take a closer look. Ontario Downspout upsized our eaves to 6" and our downspouts to 3" X 4", adding a 30' foot pipe to get water even further from the house. The company found an opening within three weeks, came on-time, completed the work and cleaned the site in a day. During the work Mark and his crew replaced some damaged soffits and fascia. Mark was courteous and efficient and genuinely cared about his work. Generally an excellent experience.
