Ontario Downspout Service is an extremely reliable family owned business. Harvey and his son Mark are very responsive, detail oriented and transparent. Their employees are hardworking and professional.
They did an amazing job renewing our shingles, roof vents, eaves and downspouts with high quality materials including zero permeability membrane under-layer. Please see the pictures for the amazing work with the membrane which is the fundamental but often neglected part on roofs. They improved the previous design by explaining the technical reasons behind it.
I strongly recommend working with them on your large renovation projects.

This father and son business has been an absolute dream come true! I have a complicated roof and Eaves situation which the other businesses I contacted did not seem to fully understand or incorporate into their solution.
They're integrity, attention to detail and explanation of all that was going to be needed and to happen was outstanding. They protected my property and my extremely delegate Garden in my back and front to perfection. I've had work done before and had seen many things damage so this was a first and I can't believe it!

After years of dripping eavestroughs it was time to get professionals to come by and evaluate the situation. I consulted with one contractor, who came by, but never even bothered to email me a quote. So I contacted Ontario Downspout, and in the one conversation, got an estimate, and a time for Mark to come by to take a look at things. After a little mix-up with paperwork, I was informed when the job would be done (late May/early June) and they delivered. Mark explained all what would we done, and let me know any details as the project progressed. The crew worked hard and efficiently, and left the property neat and I have beautiful new eavestroughs and downspouts. Harvey and Mark were a pleasure to deal with and I made the right choice.
