City Vacuum

I have a full-carpeted house and use central vacuum heavily. My central vacuum head was broken due to my son's improper use. I came to City Vacuum for repair. Javid was friendly, experienced, and efficient. I left my machine there after he checked and gave me a quote. When I picked up the machine afterwards, I was surprised to know that the actual cost is much lower than his first quote. He found a better way to fix the problem and saved money for me. I was interested in replacing my old central vacuum with perhaps a Cana-Vac unit which has excellent reviews and is also Canadian made. However, since I was unfamiliar with this brand, I went to two vacuum stores to inquire about more familiar brands. I was disappointed with the lack of information that was provided. I then went to City Vacuum which is the closest store to me that sells Cana-Vac. I was very impressed with the service provided by the knowledgeable and friendly owner who answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My new central vac was even installed on the same day. I am very pleased with my new unit and accessory kit. It was a pleasure dealing with City Vacuum and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
