In late fall, we decided that we would have to re-side our house as the existing stucco was starting to crack and crumble. Chris and Martin were fantastic from the start. They navigated us through the design elements of the resigning job, and had a very detailed quote.
I called a few of the references that they gave and every single one of them said that they came in on budget, and the quality of the work was great.

They started construction in mid December in what was probably one of the wettest, coldest months we’ve seen in a long time. No matter to these guys. They were there first thing in the morning and got the job done.

The finished job looks fantastic. The price was reasonable, and they made it easy. They worked with the District on permits and inspections and also brought in their own electrician. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

From our first meeting with Chris to go over the project, to the many changes we asked of him throughout the quoting process, he wasn't phased and worked with us to find the right solution.
We needed to replace our 1960's single pane windows (21) and the original cedar siding that was in rough shape.
We chose Hardie siding and trim and love the way it all came together.
Changing the doors (3) at the same time only made sense, as did adding additional insulation to the exterior of the house.
We met Martin next who coordinated the materials and further clarified how the process would work.

Stefan and his team worked with us and our work from home schedules, and adhered to proper covid protocols throughout the project.
They kept us informed of the schedule and where they'd need to be as well as what we could expect on a day to day basis.
We had a few change orders that came up during the project as we decided to add some additional trim as well as some welcomed advice from the team as to what may look good. (Thanks Dan!)

We replaced 35 year old vinyl siding on our house with Hardie Board and had one of our brick chimney's removed. The crew did an excellent job with great safety practices in place. They were courteous and respectful of us as it was during the Covid epidemic, as well as dreadful November weather. Their attention to detail was paramount. Siding Vancouver completed a complete exterior reno of our '90's stucco home, including fascia, soffits and replaced the stucco with Hardi-board. It was a massive undertaking, performed skillfully by their hard working crew. If there were 2 ways to do something, I was consulted. After about 1.5 years we noticed that some deficiencies were surfacing and I made the call to Siding Vancouver . Chris and Martin were very true to their word abs came right over to repair whatever was needed until satisfaction was achieved . I was always kept in the loop through email and text and were always there when they said they would be . They kept a very clean work area and respected people’s driveways abs parking .
