We are so happy with the service! Our automatic garage door has been working intermittently since last summer and the days it was hot it wouldn't go up or down. We have a 2006 Chamberlain. We checked Homestars and Maple Leaf is local to us and had great reviews. I called Steve and he went through diagnosing over the phone what it could be and possible fixes so that we could avoid the call out and any cost. We tried the steps that could fix it but they didn't work. My husband and I are so impressed with the level of service and care we received.
I called Steve back to request he come out, he was able to fit us in very quickly and came promptly at the time he said he would. Having spoken to him about the problems we were having he was able to supply spare parts in this case. We are thrilled that we didn't have to replace the whole unit, it turned out to be the logicboard which he could install on the spot. He also helped us with a problem that we didn't think could be fixed by installing a key lock. Overall the whole service was fantastic and Steve is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He explained all the parts and we learnt some really useful stuff about the door!
The door has been working like a dream ever since (for a few weeks now and during hot periods) and is also quieter. Brilliant!

Maple Leaf Garage Doors installed 2 new 8x7 garage doors along with aluminum capping and 2 new garage door openers that I provided. I had a great experience dealing with the owner, Steve, who was very responsive to my inquiry, made sure he understood what we wanted done, and had someone deliver a detailed estimate, check out the work to be done, and answer all of our questions, despite Steve heading out of town at the time. The quote was competitive with others I received, and Steve and his crew were great to deal with. He even took the time to review all the features and operations of my new openers before he left. Would highly recommend.

One morning we woke up and our garage door made a loud bang noise and wouldn't close all the way... you could see that the part of the garage where it attached to the wall had actually snapped and was falling off the wall!! We were worried the other side might snap and the door would fall on our vehicle (which was trapped inside!)

I checked HomeStars because I had no idea who to call and Maple Leaf Garahe Doors had great reviews so I called. Steve answered right away and he came out that same day to assess.
He was able to temporarily fix/close the door on the spot and showed us how we could open it if needed until he came back the next day with the needed equipment (our break was not the usual issues...)

He returned the next day, as promised, and fixed it quickly. His price was as promised and he was professional and responsive the whole time.
