Maple Leaf Garage Doors

Our garage was broken into during the night. Based on the reviews on HomeStars, we called Maple Leaf Home Services immediately after we filed the police report. Steve gave us an idea over the phone about what we would need to do, what time they would arrive, AND the approximate cost. They also went out of their way to get us the garage lift that best fit our needs. They kept us apprised of their timing as the day progressed, arrived when they said they would, and installed - no fuss, no muss! 'Cannot recommend this company more highly!

I found Maple Leaf Home Services recommended on my community Facebook "Happenings" page. Steve came hours after I called and did a great job despite my difficult repair. I appreciated him walking me through the issue and how he would resolved it. Would recommend to friends and family.

My garage spring was replaced and Stephen came and fixed it with reasonable price. He did extra work without charge. He was professional ,reliable and very experienced person in this field. As well he explained the probrems which i might have in the future. He was very helpful.

Approximately four years ago, Steve installed a new garage door for me. He suggested a certain model, provided a great place, did the job quickly and properly, took away the old door, and made sure we knew how to program the keypad and remotes.
Fast forward four years, and I had a problem with one of the parts (nothing to do with Steve..and the company send a replacement despite the warranty period having long passed). Steve offered to install the new part, again he did this very quickly, and did not charge me for his time.
Steve certainly understands the concept of customer service and building a long term business relationship.

I needed to install a garage door opener to an old garage door. I contacted Steve based on the other reviews on Homestars. From first point of contact to the end of the job, it was a wonderful experience. Steve was very kmowledgable and informative and said that if the garage door opener could not be installed due to the type and age of my door, there would be no charge. He kept me informed regarding the time of his arrival and once he started the job he tackled the issues that were presented. I felt that Steve's customer service was excellent and he made sure that the garage door was brought up to the best of its' existing condition in order to operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend Steve and will be calling on him again when it is time to change the garage doors themselves.
