I am very pleased with my new solar installation from New Dawn Energy. I found Nani and the team to be a pleasure to deal with as well as very knowledgeable, professional. They installed my 6kw solar system in March 2018 and it has been working well since then, generating about 7,000 kwh of power in the first year of operation. The included web based monitoring system enables me to check the system from anywhere. And the provided system owners manual document is quite thorough and will be very useful for future reference.

New Dawn Energy was recommended to me when I realized that my solar panels were not producing as much power as typical. They worked to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be from the panels and inverters not being installed properly by the original installer (now out of business). They worked with the manufacturer to address the problem and make the necessary repairs. They then monitored my system and came out to do a follow-up to ensure the system was working properly. I'm free pleased with the service and would recommend them in the future.

I had been looking for a solar company for months without success. When I called New Dawn Energy, they responded the same day and sent someone out to help me a few days later. They repaired and secured the wires that had become frayed, and also hooked up my invertor to my wifi so that I can see how well my solar panels are at any time.

I have 40 solar panels on my roof (10 kWp). Each panel has an optimizer. One of the optimizers failed, New Dawn replaced the optimizer and showed me where a squirrel had chewed the wiring. We decided to install squirrel guard around the panels (a strong grid). The work was done quickly and the company was pleasant to deal with. Both their office staff and the installation crew were professional in every way.

I have a 7 year old microfit on my home and garage had both PowerOne inverters fail over a 4 month period. My original installers were no longer responsive so I contacted New Dawn to see if they could assist me. They were very responsive and had a rep out quickly to assess the problem. They were able to ascertain that both inverters were under warranty and were able to coordinate with the manufacturer to receive the replacements and then performed the installation. In addition, they were able to repair the squirrel guards which had been damaged due to ice build up the previous year. New Dawn will be my solar service provider going forward.

I had the pleasure of having Nani to come for an estimate and walk through the process and took the time to address any questions. The electrician was very knowledgeable and went beyond expectation to get the work done. He did a great job. I was very happy with the overall experience of selecting New Dawn Solution. I contacted multiple companies to upgrade my home from 100 to 200 Ampere service and install a Tesla wall charger and was happy overall with selecting New Dawn. After I explained what I was looking for they gave me a fair price on the phone, I could tell they were knowledgable and experienced in my conversation. Their electrician who came to do the work was experienced and did a great job. Overall would recommend to others without hesitation.

The critter guard was broken and birds were nesting where they shouldn't have been. The system needed to be repaired as well. The job was well done. Thank you New Dawn.
