I am really satisfied with Vacuumville and especially Julian, he made an amazing work! Julian is a meticulous and details oriented person. They fixed the piping and installed a central vacuum. The work was done smoothly and quickly.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who are looking for a quality installation of a central vacuum.

Julian was very professional and helpful as he installed our new Central Vac, it wasn't a simple project but he was able to figure out what was wrong and made recommendations that were easy to understand and helpful. Highly recommend Julian to come to your house to instal or fix a vacuum.

Its been two years now, Julian installed Beam Central Vacuum at my 5000 sq ft. house. He did a great job and my system is still working perfectly. I recommended him to my son inlaw and he installed one for his house too in Brampton. He is very happy too. Hats off for Julian, great star.

Julian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to see us the same day I called, and installed a new vac for us, and walked us through its use with great clarity and care. Julian went above and beyond to install some wall mounts for us as well. Julian is very accessible. Impeccable service.

Our central vacuum was about 17 years old and no longer working very well. I contacted Julian in mid-June, based on the reviews here, and I was not disappointed. He responded to my initial email within a couple of hours and came to the house two days later (he could have come earlier but I could not meet before then). It was fairly clear that repair was not a good option, so he installed a replacement unit. He also tested and replaced some outlets that were no longer airtight. Julian was prompt, professional and very fair in his pricing and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Julian responded and came to my house in a very timely manner. He installed a central vac & provided a garage attachment as well. He finished very quickly and efficiently and was very polite. I would certainly recommend him to friends & family.

I rarely write reviews online - but just couldn't resist as I am so impressed with Julian and Vacuumville! Friendly, efficient service - quite unlike anything I've seen before. He came within 24 hours of me calling him and was in and out of my house in approx. an hour. Within that time, he was able to diagnose my (very old) unit, recommend a replacement, and install a whole new unit! Truly exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend him.

Julian was very patient and helpful with all my questions. His prices are competitive but more importantly to me was his professionalism and his fast, efficient service. All work was as promised and done with a friendly demeanor which is hard to find these days!

It was a pleasure to deal with Vacuumville. Julian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Our central vacuuming system needed replacing, and he recommended we choose Orbit, a Canadian company that we investigated and determined to be just right. He came the same day, arrived on time, and efficiently completed the work of taking away our old system, and installing a new central vacuuming system. We couldn't have been happier with the product and service.

I was vacuuming on Sunday morning and then noticed, there was no suction. So I tried another outlet, then a loud noise started so I turned off the vacuum and went into the garage to check the unit. As soon as I entered the garage, there was a bad burning smell so I unplugged the unit. I checked homestars for a company with a great reputation which was vacuumville. I called and spoke to Julian who listened to my issue and said that he could come right away, I was busy until the next day so Julian came the next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He told me as soon as he saw the unit that it was the cheapest unit and would not last with having the motor replaced and suggested orbit that comes with a warranty. Julian replaced the unit as well as reinstalled the connection properly and my central vac is working and the suction noticeably powerful. I highly recommend Julian for his honest assessment and recommendation. Especially considering the many out there who would and do take advantage.
