Kitchen Star Design Studio

We would not recommend this company! They delivered on time but not on customer service! We were influenced to move forward with them based on their repeated reassurances that they were very competitive on price and recipients of annual ‘Homestar’ awards! Shortly after signing, other quotes came in from leading fabricators that were half the price for the EXACT same design and Quartz materials. When they asked us for the written quote from the other fabricators to validate our claim, we provided them, only to be dismissed. All communication from them from that point on was terse. When the vanity arrived, the actual measurement of a cabinet did not match the detailed measurements shown on the drawings they provided us. Our contractor communicated with them, only to be dismissed once again, not taking any responsibility for their error, or willingness to rectify the cabinet. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

It has been a great pleasure to hire Michael and Arik from kitchen star for my new custom kitchen, from materials choosing, design to install they exceeded my expectations, strongly recommend this wonderful company that is ran a managed by to trustworthy and down to earth individuals.

Great final product. Choices of cabinets and fixtures made the design is to put together. Great customer service and all done in a timely fashion. We are completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done?.

I have recieved an ad in my mail with promotion from this company, i have welcomed their rep Michael to my home, out of 4 kitchen companies he was the only one that came on time, was proffesional and caring. We were comfortable with him from the first moment. We proceeded to purchase, and felt very confortable and cared for. Next the designer Arik have designed a brand new kitchen for us, he was very kind, proffesional and accomedating. Our kitchen was delivered on time, installed within 2 days, their install team was very kind and proffesional as well. I strongly reccomend this wonderful company with a personal touch and understanding.

Hello. I want to say that when I was choosing a company, my biggest fear was a pushy sales people. surprisingly neither Mike nor arik tried to forsee me into purchase. They answered all my questions and gave me detailed picture of what to expect during installation , how to do it , etc etc and I didnt feel rushed into purchase. That was why I went with them. They finished everything on time and didn't live a mess behind!!! Thanks

We are very pleased with the work done, with the suggested schedule always on time and would very gladly suggest the Kitchen Star Studio to anybody interested in this kind of renovation. Both Arik and Micheal were kind and always available to answer the questions. Also, their workers were on time and very professional and efficient.
The kitchen was done according Arik's modelling and suggestions that we approved, and on time as scheduled.

Micheal and Arik are a pleasure to work with. We had come to the table with A LOT of ideas and diagrams of our own and they made it come to life!!! Arik's signature response was always "No problem" which was always comforting. We did experience some delays in install due to tweaks in the design, which was a bit frustrating, but Michael and Arik were always very accommodating. Their installers are magicians and did a superb job installing, making tweaks and generally being very patient with a very picky client! I LOVE my dream kitchen. Thank you guys!

Eric and Michael steer a fine ship. They are professional, respect time and delivered on the due date without any hitches; the installers were respectful of my living space; in fact it was a seamless operation and I couldn't have asked for more.

We had our kitchen designed by Arik, and it was installed on the date promised, I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen! The installers were very clean and tidy! Arik and Michael addressed all of our questions and filled everything that we asked for within the design.

I was lost and indecisive as to what I wanted my kitchen to look like. Michael and Arik took their time to explain everything in great detail and made me feel at ease. They were always on time, always called before coming because I have little kids, very considerate. They designed, created and installed my dream kitchen without a glitch. I managed to change my mind along the way, but they accommodated me without any issues. I never felt pressured or obligated to spend or buy more, they very simply honest and very considerate. They turned what is to be a stressful event (renovations etc) into such an easy and pleasant experience. I love my new kitchen so much. Thank you guys.
