Kelvin Chong Roofing did a great job at replacing my shingles. As I am a retired roofer, I'm really picky on my roof. However, out of my expectation, they really worked to their best and satisfied me on every aspect. Their workmanship is great, and the shingles they use are Owens Corning Duration, which is really high quality shingle brand. I really loved their work and no complains so far.

To be honest, their price isn't the cheapest, but the quality you get really worth/over the price. If you want to get your roof done and done properly, I'd highly recommend Kelvin Chong Roofing.

An entry & exit hole on plywood base & soffit caused by squirrels repaired at no extra cost - they look after the little things with excellent after-job clean-up.

Kelvin and his team not only do what they are supposed to do as professional roofers, but they also take a step further to make sure your roof and house itself will last longer. I had a few falling rain gutters and downpipes. They fixed them all at no extra charge. Overall they were quick to respond, easy to work with. Special thanks to Amanda for coordinating the work. I highly recommend them!

The replacement job for the roof drain of my house done by Kelvin Chong Roofing Inc couple of months ago found problem recently, two of the corner roof gutter joints facing my backyard found water leaking during rain time, the worst part is water keep on dripping for half a day even rain stopped, as those spots are at the upstream side of the drain, for sure there must be of some flow gradient error, after multiple text message and phone calls to Kelvin in about 2 months time, broken promise after broken promise, nobody show up to fix the damage, I am really disappointed for their lack of business credibility.

I read the reviews, met with both Amanda and Kelvin. Day of job noticed there was an unevenness- Amanada said give it a couple weeks to settle- we will take care of it. The unevenness got worse and they refused to fix it! I have been arguing with them for weeks and had someone come out, so what happened, the boards on my roof (its an old house so its slats) they were lifted when the old roof was taken off in some spots and where loose not nailed back down- now the shingles are lifting and wrinkling and water is getting in which is going to damage my house- so don't hire them Amanda just delays stuff- Kelvin never takes a call and this company refuses to fix their mistakes. Now because they won't fix this, I have to hire another company and recoup my costs in court- so consider this story before you hire these people. This was the worst mistake I have ever made hiring them.

Thanks to Kelvin, Amanda and the entire crew, our re-shingled roof looks amazing! Kelvin Chong Roofing removed old shingles and added Owens Corning underlay and new Owens Corning onyx black shingles (30 year warranty, and 15 year warranty on labour). From the start they came prepared, all materials were on site as well as trailer bins to haul away the old roof (having an interlocking driveway I appreciated that no disposal bin was used). The large crew was amazing, each team member had simultaneous duties from shingle removal to protecting our heavily landscaped areas around the house. I really appreciated their patience in keeping us in the loop with all aspects of the job. They took the time to continuously walk the perimeter of the house and driveway in removing any nails and debris and by end of day their cleanup was remarkable. They also cleaned the gutters and made sure any future rainfall would flow freely off the roof to our downspouts. We are very pleased and thankful to Kelvin, Amanda and the crew and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
