We contacted PMT Home Services and discussed & agreed upon a scope of work and a price. PMT confirmed the work appointment the night before the agreed upon date. They arrived early - did the job efficiently and in a very professional manner. They cleaned up the work site and left after completing the work and tesing the gutters. Great job

Contacted Philip at PMT and two other suppliers on Homestars for a quote to clean the inside and outside of my bungalow's windows windows. Philip answered right away, provided the *lowest* quote which included cleaning screens (others charged extra), and was able to schedule me within two days, even working around my schedule constraints. The crew showed up right on time, was pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. Philip even went on my roof to check my gutters, and pronounced everything A-OK (no effort to upsell a service I didn't need). I was really impressed, having hired a different company in the past that bent screens and made a general mess. I've already recommended PMT to another friend.

Well, it would seem seem that Philip does not need yet another great review--but I would like to concur with everything said and also add that he came back at my request on a following Saturday to make the downspout shorter so that it would be hidden and not hinder my view. Not many would come back for that, especially since he had already been paid. I would highly recommend this delightful young man and have already done so to my brother who needs his eavestroughs replaced!

We recently had Philip replace some of our eaves and clean/repair the others. I could not be happier with the quality of service that we received. Granted, eaves aren't the most thrilling things to spend money on but I'm confident that it was a solid investment as we now have total peace of mind.
