High Definition Installations

I gave up waiting on the security company that wired up my new home to install my new flat-screen and receiver and hook it up to my in-ceiling speakers. After I contacted Dale he set an appointment a few days later. Once he arrived I found him to be professional and courteous. We ran into a few issues with the set-up and he made recommendations I felt were reasonable. The finished job looks amazing and everyone comments on how nicely the TV and center channel is mounted on my natural stone fireplace. I will be bringing Dale back to set-up a home-theater in my basement in a few years and will recommend his services to anyone looking for help with their home electronics.

After dealing with another company in the area, which we ended up cancelling the install before it even started. We found Dale, it was obviously meant to be.He installed a 50 inch TV over our fireplace as well as an
amazing sound bar, which he recommended. He also installed an IR system so the cable box and DVD player could be in the basement out of sight but controlled from upstairs. It's nice to deal with someone who is so professional and is capable of doing the job from start to finish all on his own.His work is so neat and precise, we can't wait unitl we need his services again. When my parents saw the install the first thing my Dad (Retired structual welder and fitter/inspector)said was" everything is perfectly centered." The install looks and sound amazing. Dale is definetly the person you want in your home or business for any audio or visual needs. He also deals with awesome suppliers that treat you just as good as Dale does. Thanks Dale,

I had someone who was hired to complete an installation that lingered over several months. Projector TV was bought at Christmas and still not hooked up to cable in July. I met Dale on a Wed., explained my situation. The job needed finishing, but was not huge.

He asked if he could come the next morning to assess. He then returned in 3 days and finished the installation of 3 cable boxes and ran an HDMI cable in the wall.

He was prompt, courteous, and a joy to work with. He didn't confuse me with hi-tech talk. My concerns were his main focus.

Thank you Dale. I am your biggest fan now. Oh, he didn't even flinch when I said I was travelling in 7 days.... the job was finished in 4 days. He is THE BEST.

My faith is renewed in your industry. Forget the rest, hire Dale, he's the BEST. I wish I had found Dale and High-Tech Installations months ago. It would have alleviated a lot of stress.

I came across High Definition randomly on the internet. I didn't know who to call, but I'm very pleasantly surprised I found Dale.

Dale came by two times (and was always puntual — you could set your watch by this guy), once to install two flat screen TVs on our walls, and another to install our Nintendo Wii system so we could use it for WiFi to access NetFlix.

One of the televisions and the Wii proved more difficult to install than we both originally thought because he ended up having to run cables through the walls so they wouldn't be seen. At the end of the day, Dale did a great job even though the process took longer than we thought it would — but that's only because of how involved the installation was! Dale is a very patient and thorough guy. If it were me, I would have given up or not attempted it in the first place!

I hired this company after finding them on kijiji. He installed three tvs on brackets and set up our home theater system. I've already referred him because he's so quick and neat, plus he has everything you need for the install already with him. We will have High Definition back pretty soon because we are moving, so Dale is going to have to set all of our stuff up again at the new house.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I had bought my husband a new TV for Christmas and I wanted to have it installed on the wall. I just did a google search and he was the first person I found, that's not something I would normally do, but I got so lucky. I have a fireplace surrounded by a wall of rectangular tiles that go floor to ceiling. We were sort-of afraid that installing a TV might crack the tile but Dale installed the TV without damaging the tile at all and it looks beautiful. He's really very organized too. I bought the wrong bracket and the wrong cable but it wasn't a problem because he had all of the supplies with him. I was really impressed and don't hesitate to recommend him.

I found High Definition on Kijiji when I was searching for someone to come over and set up my home theater system. Dale ended up installing two systems in my home and I was really satisfied with the work he did.

Another contractor I was working with referred High Definition to me. Dale installed and mounted a TV on the wall in my home and I was really happy with the work that was done. . He actually did more than I expected him to do -- served above and beyond my expectations. His prices were good too.

Dale mounted our TV on the wall and set up our PVR box. I found him at random by a google search and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. We have worked with a lot of service people during recent renovations and Dale was really one of the best. He was really responsive and reliable. Would definitely recommend and have- my mother was moving at the same time he worked for us so she hired him too and was also happy with his work.

The mounting of our TV in our living room was not an easy job. The wires had to be threaded from the basement into the living room, so a hole had to be cut in the ceiling of the basement. I don't know much about the technical side of why, but Dale did an amazing job at patching it up, the result was great. His work is always clean he knows what he's doing and his prices are reasonable. He charges for the job that needs to be done instead of looking for ways to charge you more. He's also done various other jobs around the house for us like installing sconces and fixing a toilet overflow problem which damaged the ceiling our garage. We've always been really happy with the work.
