Riverstone Irrigation Ltd. came to my house and installed a new irrigation system. The team made an exception to fit me in. Nino and team were efficient, quick and very friendly. Customer service was superb!

We had Nino install sprinklers and drip lines in both our front and backyard. The installation was way speedier than I had thought(less than a day) with minimum damage to the lawn as possible. I couldn’t believe Nino was able to squeeze it in at such short notice at such a busy time! We are in love with the irrigation system! Absolute game charger with the wifi system and I cannot believe how beautiful the garden looks now! What a difference. The team of guys was excellent! Courteous, fast and clean! I couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend them. I thought one of the sprinkler heads was jammed and they come out quick, (no questions asked) to fix it.

Once we navigated a plan for the project, Nino and I discussed pricing and timeline. We connected within the timeline and the team arrived on the day they said they would. Despite some bad weather during the day, the team worked through it and almost completed the job in the one day. Following day they were back to wrap up and show me how the system works. Very friendly and tidy. Love our new system and the ease with which it can be used via wifi.

The company that I have had servicing our sprinkler system is not in business any longer. I have spent most of May trying to get someone to come and fix a leak in one of the hoses.
It was a real challenge as the wouldn’t return phone calls or messages, or they would book an appointment and not show up. A follow up call would result in no answers.
I checked out homestars and found Riverstone Irrigation.
I called and actually got a person that answered the phone.
Dino said he could come out and fix the problem. He was here this afternoon and made the repair. He ran the stations and check to see how they were running. He also set up the control box to run the same as it had before.
I asked him if he would come back if I had anymore problems and to close it down for the winter and he said he would.
Dino, thank you for the great service. I really appreciate it. At least there is one company out there that you can rely on when it comes to great service.

We had a great experience with Nino's company. He was very prompt in responding quickly to arrange an urgent sprinkler repair ( all other companies either required a month to come or didn't repair existing systems that they didn't install). Nino was easy to reach and able to quickly schedule and repair the extensive damage.. His pricing was competitive and the work done very well. He was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful- willing to come back and check a potential issue after construction at no extra charge. Would highly recommend his company, and will be switching to his company for all future maintenance. It is very important to have a company owner reachable and responsive to time-sensitive matters with any sprinkler system.

We contracted Riverstone to install a new system.
From first contact Riverstone presented as a very professional company. Nino called the same day we contacted Homestars looking for possible contractors. He arrived when he said he would to give us an estimate as well as the day of installation.
The Riverstone crew was extremely professional, easy to have on the property and left the it as they found it. The install was completed in 1 day and is well laid out.

I had a Reno done at my place last year and I needed to realign and connect my irrigation’s system. I searched for a company that was willing to come and take a look. I called Nino and he immediately came and introduced himself. He then arranged for his guys to come out the next day and they fixed everything and set me up.

This year, I had an issue with one of my Sprinler heads. I called Nino and again, the service was amazing. Quick response time and the job was done within hours. These guys are very reliable and k ow what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a system or a repair.

Nino and his guys are great to deal with. Fast and reliable. No mess at the end of the job. Best of all when you call them with anything after the job is done they are there to support you. They don't give advice just to make money. They want the job done right. Annual service is a breeze. They come and take care of things within minutes. Reasonable price and fun to deal with.

We had Riverside install a drip irrigation system in the front and backyard of our home. Along with the quality of their work which was excellent a couple of other things made them stand out in comparison to other sprinkler companies. Firstly Nino returned my call quickly and came when he said he would. His team completed the job within a day and although they had to lift patio stones and move plants when they left you would never have guessed they were there. Stephano took the time to explain the system and answered all my questions. There is a high degree of customer service with this company.
In comparison to other sprinkler companies who were rated high on Homestars they exceeded in key areas even before they did the job. Some didn’t return my call or called back and said they would set up a time for a quote but they never called back. I called them a few times but no response. Disappointing for sure.

Laat summer we had Nino and tean nstall an inground sprinkler system. It helped ttemendously on improving the condition of our lawn. We had them close to flush out the water before winter.

When I went to open the system up again this past weekend I noticed the system turning on immediately after turning on the water. Even with the main controls turned off.

A call to Nino was all I had to do. He explained exactly what to do over the phone and the 2min adjustment had things operating properly again. This was a procedure as a result of the closing last year.

It was a quick fix at no addtional charge. Thanks again Nino for the ezcellent service!
