Naz ordered parts to repair my fridge but we did not hear from him for over 3 weeks. We called him and he said he had forgotten about it but he will get the parts. He set up an appointment to come repair the fridge and he told us to have the fridge empty and unplugged the atleast 12hrs prior. We did this but then received a text the night before the scheduled appointment saying he won't be able to make it. So now I have no fridge/freezer food in my house with 2 toddlers.
I highly recommend never using this company unless you want to be forgotten about or have him giving you the run around.

I was in Calgary for funeral and I explained them I will come in the afternoon instead of late morning. They did not listen. It was either morning or no way. I explained them they did not listen and advise them to get somebody else. (Wait until he has to attend family funeral then he will understand the pressure between work and personal life).
