We hired AGM to finish our basement last summer and my experience has been amazing! Designer Svetlana was great and made me comfortable with the design. Brad the project manager was always on top of the schedule and he always updated me with schedule of work and made sure that the project was completed on time. The workmanship is excellent and all the workers made us feel comfortable while they were in and out during the project. We have now additional space for our living where we are quite at home! We have had friends and family over this last Christmas and they all like it too! And guess what? Anyone needing a basement finished it’s going to be AGM! Thanks AGM!

Just had our basement finished by AGM it is amazing how organized the process is. Each week you get a work schedule from the project manager/coordinator so you know who's coming in and what is being done. The trades people are excellent, professional and polite. If issues come up there is constant communication with the workers and project manager/coordinator and issues get solve quickly. So work continues to move forward. The customer relations person ensures you are happy and satisfied with what is happening and how things are progressing. AGM has very creative and amazing up to designers. We were very pleased with our designer who listened to what we wanted and translated that into a plan for our basement design. We were excited to see these ideas go from being on paper to being built. We were not disappointed! Quality materials and excellent workmanship are reflected in our finished basement! Thrilled with the final product.

I love my basement!!! We have had our basement unfinished for years and I regret waiting so long. AGM basements are great!!! They had amazing selections to pick from and made the process so easy.

AGM Basements did a wonderful job on our basement renovation. They finished ahead of time and on budget. The sub trades were professional and very polite. The designer was amazing, and we were very impressed by the show room and ability to adapt the design on the spot and show us the changes in a 3D model. Highly recommend.

Workmanship was great! The electrician was great! All trades people were polite, respectful and showed professionalism. Our project manager Colton and the office could have been more responsive. I would give AGM a 12 / 10 in all stages of my basement project, from the designer stage (Ryan and Svetlana), the Project Manager (Johnny Paty) to the trades that all assisted with my basement project. Svetlana gave my family comfort in the design layout and picking the product combinations. Johnny the Project Manager was like part of our family. He made me feel comfortable with every step of the project and handled all my questions and concerns professionally and efficiently. This is the professionalism that I like to work with and will be doing another project with them in a few months. They should do full home renovations and not just basements. Excellent job...project finished on time. Svetlana is amazing and very patient. Ryan was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Yuri the electrician needs special mention...last but not the least Brad , the PM and the handyman(i forgot the name) all were amazing. Overall very satisfied. Maria (accounts dept. very helpful and co-operative). Sorry if i missed any name but overall i would recomment AGM over n over again. Thank you guys...best wishes.
