We contracted AGM Renovations to create an extra living space in our basement and we are glad that we did. The process was hassle free. Our dedicated project manager always kept us informed about progress and the trade workers worked diligently to produce a finished basement that the whole family likes and enjoys. I hired AGM to do a bathroom renovation in my condo. It's normally a straightforward job but the pandemic and its restrictions made things challenging.

Despite these limitations, AGM did a great job remodelling my bathroom. Went from dreary to high end ahead of schedule.

We had AGM redo out basement space in December 2020. We needed some exceptional items such as an accessible washroom, a hands off process and a respect for health and safety processes as we had a 92 year old and a immune compromised individual living with us during a pandemic. While there were some minor glitches during the project they were indeed minor and Mike rectified the issues always within 24 hours. We are very pleased with the result and are enjoying our new digs. Done in 19 days, on budget. We recommend AGM for your project.

After some research, we decided to go with AGM Basements and we are very happy with this decision. It was very smooth going through the design process with Alexandra, and we ended up going with her design recommendations. Any miscommunications were clarified quickly. Our project manager Thanu was very professional and provided regular updates. All trade staff were prompt and took Covid-19 precautions. We are currently enjoying our additional space. Thanks AGM.

During the crazy times of COVID, AGM did a full basement renovation in our house. The designer walked us through multiple layouts, including a complete overhaul once the beams were exposed. The Project manager was timely in answering most questions and lessened the anxiety that comes with a reno. Overall we are extremely happy with the results!
