We delayed the decision to finish our basement for a long time because of the fear of going through a major disruption in our lives the project would cause. We were also concerned about the several horror stories we heard from people about work delays, cost overruns etc. When we finally decided to start the project with AGM I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not the major disruption in our lives that I though it would be nor to experience the horror stories we heard about. The project was finished in the time they said it would take and the cost came in at the price they quoted except for a few upgrades we decided on. They put a lockbox on our door so the trade people could come and go whether we were home or not. It all worked so seamlessly. Most of the time (except for the early stages with all the banging) it didn't seem like they were there. They just come in, do there job and leave when done on there own. The staff and trade people were all courteous and professional. When unexpected roadblocks came up, the project manager was always there to provide suggestions and options to solve the issue. The up front work that was done with the design and material selections really helped as well. All in all I was very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to start another project with AGM.
