AGM Renovations

AGM was beyond professional. They were so organized with helping us plan for our dream basement and washroom. The project was done on time with the highest quality. We are so thrilled. If you are looking for the best service this is the company to go with.

We hired AGM to do our basement renovation back in December 2020 based on the numerous positive reviews on HomeStars. Our project started in July 2021 and we were sadly disappointed in the lack of communication from our assigned PM about the project timelines, what work is planned for a given week and promises made but not honoured. There were several days where no work was done at all and this was never communicated to us. We’ve even had sub-contractors show up suddenly late in the day to start work as we were getting ready for dinner! Subsequently, we were assigned a new PM, Ron, who restored our faith in hiring AGM to complete our basement renovation. He was responsive to our concerns and made sure all of the issues were corrected promptly. He communicated with us regularly about project timelines and kept his promises to us which we greatly valued. In the end, we were very happy with our basement renovation and look forward to spending quality family time in it!

We are extremely pleased with the renovation done in our basement. Process from meeting with designer and project manager to completion was quick. We got everything we wanted. Our project manager Jason, was outstanding. He followed up on each of the trades as they were done and was very meticulous about finishing touches. All of our questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner and without issues. It was a pleasure dealing with the agm team. Their tradespeople were all true professionals and courteous when entering and leaving our home. We are very excited to enjoy our basement for years to come!

Our basement project was managed by a great project manager Michael and his team. This was our first basement project and Mike and his team were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism shown by Mike

Overall the project ran smoothly with few minor setbacks which was resolved in a timely manner. The basement looks awesome and we are pleased with end result. Our grand children are also enjoying being in the basement. We recommend AGM!

AGM Renovations finished our basement both professionally and in a timely manner. Before starting, a Designer sat down with us and allowed us to choose everything from scratch, including paint colors, flooring, tiles, etc. AGM worked well to switch our Project Manager to another person, who helped to speed up the process and took great care when addressing our needs and concerns. Within 2 months, AGM provided us with a beautiful basement. Although a bit pricy, we would recommend AGM Renovations for basement furnishing.

We chose AGM do to their ability to complete my project in a timely manner. The pjoject was delayed 2 weeks do to an issue with supply of materials. I was unhappy with this and why I left the 4 star recommendation

This project came in exactly as quoted and there were no hidden costs, or overruns. I was extremely happy with their pricing and their abilty to meet that commitment.

Our project manager was extremely helpful. He was available all hours of the day and ensured that any issues we encountered were corrected.

Overall I am very satisfied with the completed work and would recommend and use AGM again.

One tip for prospective clients, would be to order the portapotie was the contractor staff. It is a small price to pay to say you cleaning your personel washroom
